Returning VHS Videos
Video Tapes are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer defect, were damaged during shipping or are the wrong item.
Video Tapes with defects should be left at the point in the tape where the defect occurs so we may easily identify the defect for the manufacturer. Video running times are approximations and are in no way representative of an actual or accurate running time. Whereas we strive to publish running times that are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee their accuracy and therefore a Video running time discrepancy is not considered a defect or a reason for a return.

Returning DVD's
DVD's are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer defect, were damaged during shipping or are the wrong item.
DVD running times are approximations and are in no way representative of an actual or accurate running time. Whereas we strive to publish running times that are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee their accuracy and therefore a DVD running time discrepancy is not considered a defect or a reason for a return.

Returning Sex Toys
Novelties (Sex Toys) are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer defect, were damaged during shipping or are the wrong item. Additionally, under no circumstances will we accept any returns on defective sex toys that have been used.
