I can't really compare this to other's out there as it's the first I've used but I can definately feel a difference. I couldn't hardly let my wife do more than a finger before but I can take a 1.5" wide dong relatively easy and without pain, just minor discomfort but the pleasure............ahhhhhhh. Good buy.
